Dear Lord, today, I bow my knee,
lifting my heart and voice to Thee.
With no pretense and no demand,
I humbly seek Your loving hand.
Save me from temptation's snare,
keep my thoughts from all despair.
Instead give me a desire for You,
for love, faith and all that's true.
For on my own, I have no good,
so help me live the life I should.
I offer up my soul this day.
